Nicolas Tamayo Lopez is an attorney at law admitted to the Bar of Geneva.
After completing his legal traineeship with NOMEA from 2021 to 2022, he was admitted to the Bar in February 2023. He joined the firm as an associate in April 2023.
He practises mainly in the areas of criminal and civil litigation, immigration law, social insurance, employment and tenancy law, as well as debt collection and bankruptcy law. Fluent in Spanish, he also provides personalised support to Spanish-speaking clients.
Bolstered by his experience with Lyoxa – a non-profit organisation which advises on the structuring of associations – and his knowledge of project management, he counsels non-profit organisations in implementing their projects.
Thanks to his practice as an officer in the Swiss army, he also advises and assists anyone involved in administrative and criminal military proceedings.
