Marc Œderlin is an attorney at law admitted to the Bar of Geneva. After practising as an associate in the law firm Mégevand & Grosjean, he became a magistrate in Geneva first as a substitute of the Prosecutor, then as President of the criminal court, President of the first chamber of the leases and rent court and President of the 16th chamber of the court of first instance. In 2005, he joined the law firm MERKT, then in 2012 the law firm NOMEA.
His practice includes criminal as well as civil litigation, in particular obligations law, real estate law, construction law and tenant law. He represents clients in court proceedings as well as arbitration.
